Who we serve
Logistics for builders & developers
For construction companies, builders, developers and the trades fitting out high-end kitchens: materials received, held while the build runs, and released to site in the sequence the fit-out demands.

Held until the site is ready.
Joinery and architectural components received and staged, then released to site in fit-out order rather than in the order the suppliers shipped them.
The problem
This is the work Ateam Logistics does for construction companies, builders, developers and the joinery and kitchen trades fitting out their projects. Joinery, stone, architectural metalwork and fixed interior elements represent the most exacting scheduling challenge on any project. Bespoke, substantial, finished to the visible face, and rarely replaceable within a live programme should anything befall them. A damaged benchtop or scratched veneer panel demands not a reorder, but a full remake, on the same lead time as the original.
They also arrive ahead of their moment. A manufacturer completes on its own schedule, a site reaches readiness on its own, and the two seldom align. Left unmanaged, these elements land weeks before the trade that installs them, are handled by hands unfamiliar with their making, and are finally unwrapped only on the day they are required.
Ateam Logistics takes custody at the point of arrival. Every component is received and inspected on delivery, its condition recorded against the packing list, then held, wrapped and racked, until the site is genuinely ready to receive it. Only then is it released, in the precise sequence the fit-out demands, and installed by the very team entrusted with its care throughout.
What we solve
Made to order, so damage is a remake
Bespoke elements cannot be replaced from stock. Condition is recorded on arrival, so faults stay the manufacturer's responsibility, not yours.
Finished before the site is ready
Components are held until the site can actually take them, instead of being stored on a live site under other trades and plastic sheeting.
Released in installation sequence
Components remain in secure storage until the site is genuinely ready for them, protected from the damage and disorder of an active construction environment.
Heavy pieces, difficult access
Lift dimensions, dock clearance, stair carries, crane requirements: every oversized piece is planned against the building itself, long before the truck leaves the warehouse.
Services you’ll use most
Warehousing & Distribution
Receiving and holding. Components from several manufacturers received, checked and held together until the site calls for them.
Design Installation
Installed by the operation that has been holding them, sequenced around the other trades on site.
Secure Storage
Holding finished work for the length of a build, wrapped and racked rather than sheeted over on site.
Last Mile Delivery
Single components going in to correct or complete a fit-out, without a general carrier handling them.
Common questions
- Do you handle joinery and stone benchtops?
- Yes. Joinery, stone, architectural metalwork and fixed interior elements are received, condition-recorded, held and installed. The handling matters more than usual on these because a finished face cannot be touched up and a made-to-order component cannot be replaced from stock.
- Can you hold components until our site is ready?
- Yes, and it is one of the main reasons manufacturers use the service. Work is held wrapped and racked for as long as the programme runs, then released to site in installation order to a date you set.
- Do you install, or only deliver?
- Both. Components can be delivered to site for your own installers, or installed by Ateam Logistics as part of the fit-out, sequenced around the other trades. Licensed trade work, meaning electrical, plumbing and structural fixing, is coordinated with your trades rather than carried out by us.
- What happens if something arrives damaged from the manufacturer?
- It is photographed and recorded at receipt, before it is put away. Raising it on the day it lands is a conversation with your supplier inside the reorder window, which is the difference between a remake that fits the programme and one that does not.
