Three warehouses. This is the one you visit.
Three facilities: Botany and Moorebank in Sydney, and Epping in Melbourne. Botany handles installation and last mile, and sits inside the Port Botany and airport freight precinct. Stock is warehoused at Moorebank in Sydney and at Epping in Melbourne. Visits and stock inspections are by arrangement.
What to send us
What the pieces are
Item by item if you can, with rough dimensions and weights. A marble-topped table and a flat-pack table of the same size are not the same job.
Both addresses, and the access at each
Floor level, whether there is a lift and its internal size, stair count and the turn at the top, and where a truck can legally stop. This is the detail that decides the price and whether the job is possible at all.
When it needs to happen
A date, or the date it must be finished by. If it is an install, tell us what other trades are still on site.
Anything that would be unrecoverable
Tell us which pieces cannot be replaced. It changes how the job is resourced, the vehicle and the sequence, and we would rather know early than at the door.

- Where is Ateam Logistics located?
- Ateam Logistics operates from Unit C2/11-13 Lord Street, Botany NSW 2019: inside Sydney's Botany freight precinct, minutes from Port Botany and Sydney Airport. Botany, in Sydney, is where design installation and last mile delivery run from, and where imported containers and air freight are received the day they land. Warehousing, distribution and storage run from Moorebank, also in Sydney. In Melbourne, the Epping facility does both.
- What are Ateam Logistics's opening hours?
- Ateam Logistics operates Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. Deliveries and installs outside those hours are arranged per job: many city buildings only permit access in their own booked windows, and some prohibit weekend work entirely.
- How quickly will I get a quote?
- Tell us what you hold, where it goes and how often, and Ateam Logistics comes back with a proposal. There is no published rate card: a distribution contract is priced on volume, handling and frequency, and none of that fits a form.
- Can I visit the warehouse?
- Yes, by arrangement. Stock is warehoused at Moorebank, and it is a working facility rather than a showroom, so visits and stock inspections are booked in advance. Call 1800 MY ATEAM to arrange one.
