Who we serve

The same care, tuned to how you work.

A gallery hanging a show and a designer finishing a residence need different things from a delivery. These pages set out what each one gets.

Ateam Logistics handlers lowering an ornate gilded daybed into position between two lamps in a finished room.

Same care, different job.

A gallery hanging a show and a designer finishing a residence need different things from a delivery. The handling does not change.

What each one worries about

  • Luxury Retailers

The handover that defines everything. It is the one part of the sale your customer actually experiences in person. Get it wrong, and nothing else about the brand matters as much.

  • Interior Designers

Stock landing before the site is ready. Suppliers ship to their schedule, not to yours. Consolidating at Botany means the site sees one delivery on one date, and it is a date you chose.

  • Builders & Developers

Made to order, so damage is a remake. Bespoke elements cannot be replaced from stock. Condition is recorded on arrival, so faults stay the manufacturer's responsibility, not yours.

  • Private Clients

A removalist is paid by the hour. Careful handling costs a general removalist money, so the incentive runs the wrong way. Most private clients use both: a removalist for the volume, us for the pieces that matter.

  • Galleries

Irreplaceable, not merely expensive. Insurance does not restore a work. Everything about the handling assumes there is no second copy: travel upright and separated, frames carried rather than faces touched, crates opened in the room and not in the truck.

Common questions

Who does Ateam Logistics work with?
Ateam Logistics works with interior designers, luxury retailers, galleries and private collectors across Sydney and Melbourne: businesses moving furniture, art or high-value pieces where damage is not recoverable.
Do you work with trade clients or the public?
Both. Most of Ateam Logistics's work comes through interior designers, retailers and galleries on a trade basis, but private clients are taken on directly for collections, renovations, auction and estate collections, and single irreplaceable pieces.
Is there a minimum job size?
No. Ateam Logistics handles a single fragile piece as readily as a full fit-out, and a trade client holding a few pallets as readily as one holding a container. Pricing follows the work rather than a rate card, so a small requirement is priced as a small one.
